Checkout Instructions:
- Start a load of towels in the washing machine (please do not overfill)
- Do not strip beds. We will take care of that
- Place trash in bins
- Load and start dishwasher
Television: The television is equipped with Roku service to allow you to use your favorite streaming provider. The TV is set to Guest Mode when you arrive. Simply indicate when you will check out and the TV will automatically remove your log in credentials.
Gas Heater Stove. The gas heater stove in the living room can be turned on by turning the switch to the on position. (see picture below). Please note the pilot light will always remain on even when the unit is turned off. (see picture)
Air Conditioner
Bar-b-que grill. A weber natural gas grill is available on the back patio for your use. To use, Turn the Automatic Grill Shut-off valve clockwise to a position past the 20-minute setting to activate the valve. (See picture below) Then turn on gas on the grill and use the igniter on the grill to start.
Firepit: The firepit is fueled with natural gas. It is equipped with automatic shut-off valve just like the bar-b-que grill. To use the firepit, turn the Automatic Grill Shut-off valve clockwise to a position past the 20-minute setting to activate the valve. (See picture below) Then start the firepit by turning the dial to the start position and depressing the igniter to fire up the grill.
Party Lights: To turn on the party lights in the back yard, turn the toggle switch located in the back of the house next to the electrical panel to the ON position. See picture below
Private Car Gate Entry: You are welcome to use the keypad to enter the property. The code is 4144. There is also a remote opener that looks like a garage door opener in the house that you are welcome to use. Please remember to leave it behind when you check out. The cost $40 to replace.
Trash Collection: Please place trash bins by the curb on Tuesday evening. Trash is collected Wednesday morning.
