My husband and I stayed in the Bear House for three weeks, and it suited us perfectly. While the house was small, the 2 bedrooms, closets, and bathrooms were a comfortable size. The living room/dining room/kitchen were compact, but the floor plan worked very well. The yard and covered patio and table were a big plus, as we spent a long of time outside in both sun and shade. The washer/dryer were great. The owners provided laundry and dish detergent, trash bags, a coffee maker and creamer/sugars, plus napkins and trash bags; also bath soap and shampoo. We used it all. Plus, you could tell that the owners took a lot of pride in the house, with numerous personal touches. Cleanliness is #1 with us, and the house was clean. Another plus was a handy garage. We felt very safe and cared for. We would recommend without hesitation.
