Hubs and I traveled to the Southwest to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Eloy's home was gracious and accommodating. The entire house was nice and clean. Bedrooms were as described. Beds very comfortable, but one was a little high. Both bathrooms were clean and functioned well. Although we did not use it, the outdoor patio was both inviting and charming. Only complaint was that the kitchen is really small. Since we didn't cook other than make coffee, we had no complaints. If you, however, are cooking for a large family, it could be a challenge. Also note that this location is definitely suburbia. We liked that because it was quiet, both others might prefer to be in the "thick" of the action. I would definitely stay here again.
